SPRING BREAK

Canada Showcase, EPCOT

College kids may favor the beaches in Florida for Spring Break, but my husband and I found the mild temps and blooming flowers of Disney World in Orlando, Florida, a wonderful break from winter.

The lovely picture is a glimpse of what we enjoyed at EPCOT in the World Showcase.  Canada chose to create a small replica of the Buchenwald Gardens as a fitting ode to their nation.  We drank in the tranquil setting and sun.

Where else can you have pastries in France, dine on seafood in an aquarium, or soar over California–in one day!  Only at Disney World’s EPCOT.
