Door County Cottage–Second Edition

HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO OPEN YOUR OWN LIFESTYLE STORE IN A POPULAR RESORT AREA?  Experience the excitement, vicariously, through Carrie Reynolds and her mother, Ruth, as they courageously decide to do that very thing!  This special e-book second edition is an excellent summer read for those who are cottage-at-heart:

Carrie Reynolds doesn’t believe in fairy tales. She is a failure at love, with a history of heartbreaks to prove it. When Carrie’s father dies unexpectedly, she decides to leave Chicago and go home to  DoorCounty to open a cottage lifestyle business with her mother.

Carrie wants to begin life over on the tranquil shores of Lake Michigan, but Doug Hayward has also come home to the Door. Doug, her very first heartbreak, ignored her in high school. When he offers his help and friendship, Carrie doesn’t trust him, or her heart.  In this modern-day adaptation of the Biblical story of Ruth, Carrie and her mother will discover that when life seems to be over, it may be just beginning.
